Krista Kokjohn-Poehler Joins the Girl Scouts as Chief Girl Experience Officer

Last week the Girl Scouts of the USA announced the appointment of Krista Kokjohn-Poehler to the role of Chief Girl Experience Officer. In the role, Kokjohn-Poehler will be responsible for running a team that drives program innovation for its members based on market data and internal collaboration. She comes to the Girl Scouts from the Nike Foundation, where she was director of Girl Effect University, an organization focused on empowering young women. Prior to her work with Nike, Kokjohn-Poehler co-founded Becky Bones, an eco-fashion brand for tween girls which donated a portion of after-tax profits to eco-friendly causes and provided online education.
